Standard website design and blog design includes a header and background images, and sidebar titles.  Purchase also includes installation. Sprinkles On Top is not responsible for the content on your blog or website and holds itself unaccountable for set up of this content.

Sprinkles On Top asks that all correspondence be made through email. This ensures proper communication between Sprinkles On Top and it's client and allows us to reference your requests during the design process.  This process allows TSprinkles On Top's client protection, as well, in order to review what requests have been made.  All emails are returned within normal working hours.  Monday-Friday 9-4 CST.  It is very important that you are available to check your email at least once a day during the design process.  Your communication and critique is very important and slow feedback on your end interferes with your design schedule.  Normal turnaround time is only a matter of days if you are diligent to check your email and respond.  All design work is alloted 7 full business days.

If you are waiting on an email response, please be certain to review your spam folders.  Sometimes emails are directed toward a bulk or junk folder so please keep an eye out!  Inquiries are responded to within 24 hours.   

The normal design process usually allows for a preview after your design has been scheduled to begin.  This is your opportunity to evaluate the design!  After your critique, your feedback is noted and then used by Sprinkles On Top to design a second preview.  It is important to remember that your purchase includes only four alterations. It is necessary to be as detailed as possible in order for you to communicate yourself fully to the designer.  Sprinkles On Top encourages images and directions in the form of email attachments in order to "get the feel" of the design you wish to capture.  If any extra changes are needed, an extra fee is incurred.  The normal turnaround time for a blog or website varies.  Please email the designer for questions regarding your schedule.  When you design is placed on the calendar, the date you are given is the date your file is opened and your design begins NOT the date of completion.  This date of completion varies with each individual project.  

Sprinkles On Top does allow use of the client's own elements or images.  However, it is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the commercial license or rights are obtained.  Should proper credit or licensing not be obtained, Sprinkles On Top holds itself exempt from any copyright violations from the use of these elements or images.  Any images you provide to be used in your design are considered your property.

Sprinkles On Top prides itself on the uniqueness of all designs created.  However, some elements of your design may be used on other sites in other forms.  But you may be confident that we are very careful to make certain that each design retains a unique look and feel!  We want each site to have it's own personality!

All work done by Sprinkles On Top must carry a link back to our website. This credit must be visible on every page that a graphic designed by Sprinkles On Top is used.  You may remove the credit only after you remove the product designed by Sprinkles On Top. No product of Sprinkles On Top may be altered or reused for anything other than it's intended purpose. 

Payment for any design includes the designers time. Unfortunately this doesn't allow for any refunds or exchanges.  But rest assured, Sprinkles On Top wants satisfied clients!  Should you find that you are not happy with your design's elements, please communicate your concerns and Sprinkles On Top will make every sensible attempt to work with you.  If a compromise cannot be made and you take your services elsewhere, you acknowledge that any previews or images installed or emailed are the property of Sprinkles On Top and will be discarded and not pirated.  Should your business be taken elsewhere, your initial deposit will not be refunded and any extra charges incurred for the design will be invoiced and due within 24 hours.  

Upon final installation, new elements or additions and any changes or alterations will not be allowed without first placing a new design order. 

Most important to Sprinkles On Top is the pleasurable experience of the design process and interaction with new clients.  We want you to be happy and tell all your friends how enjoyable it was to work with Sprinkles On Top, so please allow us the opportunity to fulfill your design needs and complete your design to your satisfaction by emailing us with any questions or concerns.
